Why Pilates
Pilates is for Every Body, I truly believe this. Pilates is a method of whole body movement that stimulates your body and mind. It develops strength and flexibility in your body and helps you to maintain your youth longer. Joseph Pilates, who developed this method in the early 19th century, said that you are only as young as your spine is flexible.
I teach group classes through Cochrane Centre Pilates and have room to take on some private clients as well. Its time to find out what Pilates can do for you
I started Pilates 8 years ago and am often amazed at the difference it makes in my life. With consistency you will find strength, mobility and confidence you didn't believe possible. In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions you will see the difference and in 30 sessions you will have a whole new you.
I did my teacher training 6 years ago with Master Trainer Tanis Fleming at Cochrane Centre Pilates and have taken the 360°Pilates Program with Master Trainer and Pilates Superstar Benjamin Degenhardt.
